WILD SKIES PRESS is an independent literary publisher founded in 2021. Wild Skies refers to the aurora borealis–northern lights–in Alberta, where the press is located, situated on Treaty 6 Territory.

WILD SKIES PRESS publishes non-fiction, fiction, poetry, and hybrid genres and artforms with an emphasis on the creation of Canadian works and books by emerging and established authors.

At WILD SKIES PRESS, we acknowledge that our press is located on Treaty 6 territory, a traditional meeting grounds, gathering place, and travelling route to the Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Métis, Dene and Nakota Sioux. We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries.
